When we started our chastity journey, my husband created a spreadsheet to track our progress. It’s a kind of diary where we write down when and how one of us has an orgasm. We have collected a few years of data in our tracker and it makes me very proud to look at the statistics. I thought it would be a shame to keep this tracker for myself, so I have decided to share it with you, my dear readers, for free.
This tracker is also very useful if you want to reach a certain aim such as:
reaching a certain female-to-male orgasm ratio, be it 10:1 or 100:1
keeping his orgasms below a certain number per month or year
increasing each of his lock-up times compared to the previous one
making sure that a certain share of his orgasms are touchless (“ruined”)
Here is an example picture of a chastity report created (click on the picture to open in full size):
Just enter your and your husband’s orgasms into the tracker and all the calculations and graphs are done automatically. It is an Excel file so it works in any version of Excel: on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and even in the browser.
Some tips:
The Excel file consists of three sheets: an introduction sheet where you enter your chastity start date, the Input sheet where you enter your and your husband’s orgasms, and the Statistics sheet which shows you your progress. You don’t need any Excel skills to use this
For every day you can enter up to four orgasm for her and him each, and you can track up to ten years.
If you want to access your tracker across all devices (e.g. phone and laptop), you can save this file in OneDrive or Dropbox (Excel can open files directly from there). All changes you make will be automatically synched back to the cloud and your other devices.
If you’re happy with the tracker, please share it with others!
Reader statistics
I have asked some of the women who have read my website and used my tracker to share the results with me. Below are some of the results of my Chastity Survey (as of 2021), with so far 48 participating couples.
71% of couples have started their chastity journey with a long initial lock-up period as recommended. The most commonly chosen inital lock-up periods were one month (15%), three months (48%), six months (31%), and one year (6%). 25% of the women extended the initial lock-up period because he misbehaved.
Longest ever periods without male orgasm: on average 6.5 months, ranging from one month to 18 months (wow!). 94% of men at some point had to go at least two months without.

Most popular ways to bring him to orgasm:
Handjobs (48%)
PIV sex (22%)
Blowjobs (19%)
Allowing him to masturbate (6%)
Pegging (2%)
90% of women have experimented with giving him touchless (“ruined”) orgasms, but only 29% ruin more than half of his orgasms.

For 92% of the couples, it was the man who brought up male chastity.
About 17% of the couples specifically mentioned that they combine chastity with other kinky ideas; the most popular ones were “small penis humiliation” (mocking his size), “ball busting” (e.g. slapping or kicking them), and “pegging” (i.e. using a strap-on on him).
